I have a friend who pays CSA to his ex for their 3 year old daughter. His ex now lives with a new man but they have no children of their own. Does he still pay the same amount even though his wife is living with a new partner??

yes he does - the only difference would be if he was paying spousal maintenance on top of the child maintenance0

Yes, the new partner makes no difference as they are not a biological parent of the child.0

Hopefully the new partner treats the daughter well, is fair and treats her as he would his own child. The financial obligation however is up to the parents of the child, not any future step parent.0
