Has anyone used Brandalley before? How reliable are they? I did a google search and came across reviews along the lines of 'waiting for weeks for my order'. Just want to check before signing up. TIA

Yes I've used them, and was prepared for a long wait, but delivery was prompt and I was very pleased with what I got (a luxury candle and Stila make-up).

Delivery can take weeks as BA wait until the sale is finished to receive the stock from the manufacturer, unless the items specifically say for immediate despatch (as in the recent sale). I've waited 6 weeks for delivery on numerous occasions.

I've already got some Tweezerman tweezers I am happy with, so won't be buying anymore, however just wanted to recommend them. I've had mine years and they are still as new. Plus came in a lovely blue case.

Not sure if its still valid (was working for about a year) but use the code PAYPAL (press submit- took me ages to work that out!) for free delivery. Not sure if you actually have to use paypal or not.

    hi all,

in case you're not aware, brandalley have a referral scheme where you each get a £10 voucher - i've used this before and got some bargains. if you're interested have a look here

i've been fairly happy with brandalley, but prepare yourself for a longish wait for your goods and always check the returns policy!
