Hi All,
Does anyone know they best company with the highest Mortgage Multiplier ? i am looking at remortgage but need 5x joint salary, and also a main stream rate around 5 to 5.50%

I know abbey will do up to 4.2 x joint salary - 5 x joint is probably a bit too much.
Also it will depend on the amount of deposit you have.
You could try IF, Standard Life Bank and Direct Line, but I wouldn't be too hopeful!0 -
high multiples of income may be considered more affordable by some lenders to someone on £200K pa than someone on £20K pa
