How long before I recieve loan?

I called and got a young lad on the phone who told methey were sending out the papers this week and he didnt seem to understand that I had already had the papers and got confirmation of the loan even though I kept repeating myself he kept saying the forms will be with you soon, felt like screaming!0

I would expect it to be no more than a few days. a week at the very most.0
