Charge back on Money Worries

Has naybody tried charge back on money worries to get money refunded. also how do you stop them taking money from bank account on a standing order. Can it be stopped?

You should be able to ring your bank or go into your branch to get a standing order cancelled. Moneyworries a debt management company?

Ok, just seen your other post
Ring the credit cards, ask them to do a charge bank and cancel the cards so they can't take anything else out. Did you agree to these sums coming out? If not also report them to FSO.
