Productive day

I'm having a productive day.
Lloyds have a agreed an afordable payment plan and have frozen the interest and charges on a 10k loan.
A family member is loaning me some money to clear the rest up 1st credit have given me a good f&f settlement and are apparently sending it to me in writing.
HSBC (who i've not spoken to in almost 5 years) have lost my account between them and metropolitian, so will have to contact them another time for a f&f.
The one i'm worried about is for an over payment of wages from 3 years ago (which they waited a year to chase me on) I got a 'notice of intented legal procedings' in October 09 but haven't heard anything further. Would they have gone to court and not contacted me??

They should have sent you court papers to complete. And they obviously had the right address if they sent you the notice first.
To be certain you could check your credit file to see if there are any CCJs listed. Or check the registery trust online (though that costs £8 per address you search.)
Good news/progress with the other creditors though.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Thanks,
I was brave and called them, they are still holding the debt and are contacting the original creditor to determine a f&f settlement. She didn't mention court or anything, so i'm guessing it was just a threat.
The had the right address but not a flat number so most letters were sent back.0
