can anyone tell me where to find the info about claiming back bank charges?
however, it's not gonna be a lot as for the last 3 years i've been writing down my incomings and outgoings to try to ensure this doesn't happen, so it's gonna be £100 max....still better than a kick in the teeth...
thanks in advance

Hi Robinson,
For this one charge why don't you give them a call and see if they will waive it? A lot of people on here do that and for such a tiny amount for a customer as good as you (ie you don't get charged very often) they should be pretty flexible.
I'm not sure how to claim back charges as I have always managed to talk my way out of them but I am sure someone will be along to help shortly!Saving for an early retirement!0 -
if you wish to claim back charges check out the other site. however for such a small amount you probably will get away with it if you talk to your bank good luck
