Hi
I recieved a letter the other day from Roxburghe demanding £1133.78 that was owed to Barclaycard
I have never had a credit card in my life, i have never had any credit until the last two years when i finally got a mobile on contract.
They are asking me to pay this immediately. I dont know what to do - how can i prove that i have never had a credit card?

It is not upto you to prove that you don't own the debt, it is upto them to prove you do
Send them the National Debtline - "Prove it" letter #37

^^ What Numpty Monkey said.I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)
As of the last count I have cleared [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt.
