They have been saying silver will be depleted by this year as well. Thats because in 1900 there were known to be 12bil oz of silver on Earth. On average humans have been using up 1bil oz more than is mined every year. So it all points to 2020 everything will be happening.

But of course, whether they are actually slightly different things is probably going to stem up another mini battle too...which could be interesting.
