    Your right, but lets hope is sleep is not in real terms or it might be negative in the future and he will be getting up before he goes to bed..:)

    Exactly, so as housing benefit will keep on getting cut back on over the next decade where are the people going to go? The government has to do something with all the people that they are paying for now.

    One answer is rents and house prices to fall substantially which is looking more and more likely.
