i dont know if some of you remember but last week i posted that things were eventually starting to go right for us. i mentioned that we had found a ouse we were interested in that was in a popular estate and was at a bargain price.
Well this last few days we have been home to look at a load of houses and this house was still the nicest and felt right so we put an offer in. we started at a cheeky 90k (the house was up for 99,950). the owner said no as she had already had an offer higher than that so we went up mre than planned and offered 94. to our suprise she accepted so we knocked nearly 6k of the house.
we are well chuffed as we are going to put some of the debts onto the mortgage and are now able to keep evrything down and when we have done some jobs on the house (nothing drastic just improvements ) the house will be worth around 110,000.
im over the moon just hoping that it doesnt fall through. its a really nice house and in a good area. crossed all the boxes so we are partying.
nearly debt free just have to try for mortgage free.
sorry just had to tell people my good news:j

thankyou. we are well chuffed it seems a little less embarrasing to say you have a mortgage rather then debt and trying to avoid saying how much. we can hold our heads up now and say no we have a mortgage and see were the money is. its such a good feeling well happyback to comping in 2017, fingers crossed :beer:0
