F&F Offer: 2 accounts with same company

Hi all!
Had a rough few weeks so haven't been on much but I've really missed you all. Good to be back! :j
So I've managed to stash a bit of money away aside from my DMP and I want to make a F&F settlement to make it go further. I've approached 2 of my creditors and so far had no takers.
The only company left now with a small enough debt for the offer to be significant is Barclaycard. However, I have another larger debt with them on a different account.
So my question is, do they consider these two debts as a whole or might they accept an offer on the smaller one?
Any ideas gratefully received!

Hi,
They may accept an offer on the smaller account to get rid of it. However, make sure you say a family member is giving you the money as a one off to pay your debts. And DON'T give them anything until you have it in writing that the settlement figure is a full and final one. I'd offer 20% of the debt and take it from there, but would be reluctant to go above 50% to settle, although only you can decide the amount your prepared to pay.
I hope they accept your offer and you get sortedIf you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.
