information on seller funding
Hi - I am wondering if anyone know where I can find information on Seller Financing. I am in the process of buying into a business i currently work for and a looking at options available to me. I have come across "seller financing" where the seller (company owner) would act, in effect the bank to enable me to buy into the Ltd company and would pay them back at an agreed rate instead of paying the bank.
Only information I can find is about american real estate which doesnt help me much
any help or guidance would be appreciated
