problem i have is that my account wont let me prepay.
I emailed customer care back in July about this as i have previously used prepay but when i went to renew the option was not there. Apparently prepay is not allowed on discounted packages.
Strange i though as i signed up about a year ago on a 2 disk package at £11.47 per month with a 10% discount for 3 month.
Emailed customer service back stating this and they reckon that i am on a staff discount package (strange as i dont work for them). They have offered to change me to a standard package which as far as i can tell is £11.47 per month exactly the same as i'm paying.

Dont know what the hell is up with their record keeping / customer services!
