I assume you mean the amount. I would say £50 per person invited to the wedding ie. £100 per couple. My thinking behind this is that it would likely cover the cost of your meal. I can honestly say tho that most couples appreciate any thing. I am getting married soon and we have started getting gifts already and every single one is much appreciated.“A house is made of walls and beams;a home is built with love and dreams.”2012 Challenge to buy most gifts and non essentials from money made online.:money:0

I agree with mypie, we always give £100 per couple. If it was a really close friend/immediate family it would be more though.0

It works out at less than £50 a head , I'm sure it's costing much more than that for us to be catered for. I admit that it feels rather like buying a ticket each! I would rather give a gift but thats not what she wants.
She's a good friend though , we go way back to early school days.Norn Iron Club member 4730 -
how about buying a present and putting a little money in the card. Another option is vouchers for their fav restaurant instead of money. It works out at less than £50 a head , I'm sure it's costing much more than that for us to be catered for.
