working from home

Does anyone know of mailingortyping.com they say you can earn £500 a week just for stuffing envelopes but you pay £30 to start which you get back with your first weeks wages. I've rung them and they said you work only when theres work i would really like to join but don't want to waste £30

And that's exactly what you are likely to do if you pay them. You could try looking at http://www.homeworking.com for more information on working from home. They will also be likely to have more knowledge of scams that take one's money for "the opportunity to work."

Generally speaking paying to work for a company is not to be advised. Especially where stuffing envelopes etc is concerned.

I put money on that being another scam

I very much doubt you can earn £500 stuffing envelopes (its a scam)

£30 to join theres the scam he/she has got your money

They might make £500 a week but you almost certainly wont

Am 99% sure I was reading about this company a few months ago as they were having a big maildrive and a lot of people sent money off and got absolutely nothing back in return.
Any company that is asking money from you before starting work with them is highly likely to be a scam anyway. If it was legitimate and you were guaranteed to make money then they would be able take the starting cost out of your first wage.

Finding a well-paid job working from home - I wish that we could put an end to this myth once and for all. There are very few home jobs that pay more than a basic wage.

Exactly right. You should not pay for work - any "company" that asks for payment for "training" or materials up front is 99.9% likely to be a scam.

I don't think anyone "stuffs envelopes" any more ... machines are used. Also, NEVER pay any money up-front ... if you're asked for it, it's usuallly a scam.

Keep well away is my advice ...
    Wins since 2009 = £17,600
