Can I ask - as my dress is due in next week - did you have to have your dress altered and if so, how many fittings did you have and how close to the wedding?

Thanks! I had my first fitting about a month before the wedding and the second about 2 weeks later.

It is a gorgeous dress although I wish I had asked to have the bones in the back removed as I am quite short and they buckled once I'd sat down for a while. Also, consider having the sequins removed from under your arms as they grate!!!! I had a hoop with mine, not so much for the shape, just for the ease of walking! Good luck!!!

Glad to see you chose a cool bus, shame you couldnt use your own. Tell Hubby to get working on it !! Our friends sold one similar to that splitty recently. We had our own bus, which hubby spent ages fixing, checking and polishing prior to the big day !!! Enjoy married life jj :T:T

Thanks JJ! He has been given his orders, we got some wedding money to put specifically to a recon engine! He's been given a deadline for a new starter motor at least, I'd like to go away in Sept without having to bump start her to get home!
The bus was from Bigdaybuses, they really were so nice! They even had personalised chocolates in the shape of VW campers!!!
