Experian should not be linking you to addresses that are more than 6 years old, as I understand it.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

Hmm, all will be revealed tomorrow I suppose!0

I will paste in below what has been added ( a "red" marker). It does say about it being removed after 6 years but the debt is only 5 years old. Seeing as I havent lived there for 10 years, and other parts of my file show the address I was at when this fraud took place, will I still have to pprovide some kind of proof it has nothing to do with me?
ROBINSON WAY Mail order Default £104
ENTRY NUMBER: C8
Name: MR ********
Address: *****
****
Company name: ROBINSON WAY
Account type: Mail order Default Balance: £104 Current Balance: £104
Defaulted On: 03/03/2005
File Updated for the Period to: 15/02/2009
Status history: 8 in default
brackets indicate most recent months status
Note: A defaulted account is removed from your report after six years whether or not you have paid the debt in full. If you have paid some of the debt off, the balance should show how much you still owe.0 -
You moved out 10 years ago, the fraudster defaulted 5 years and 4 months ago. This goes statute barred in 8 months- THAT's why you're hearing about it now (there is often a big push for last gasp funds before a debt reaches SB age).
Sticking to the facts, the credit reference agencies can't hold information on you over 6 years old. Well whatever they think it's a plain mathematical fact that you have not lived there in 6 years so they're in the wrong then.
I would tell them it's fraud, and I'd also report it to the police (not that they'll be a lot of use but you'll get a log number, which proves you did report it). The credit reference agencies can then ask you for proof, but address that in a bit. For now let them know this isn't you and get the facts straight. Action can't be taken on an account in dispute anyway, so it buys you a bit more respite.I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)
As of the last count I have cleared [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt.

There are now 3 linked addreesses with fraudulent activity, 2 of which I have never lived at and the report is showing the address I WAS at at the same time of the activity which makes it obvious to me it was a fraud!
Spoken to Experian again this afternoon, they said they will look into it and email me. Once I have sorted it out with them, will I have to go to the other agencies to clear it off thier records too or do they share info and clear it of all records?
If I ever catch theses scumbags they will be needing health insurance...0
