Experian Help Please

Hi,
i decided to follow advice from lots of people on this site to run a free check on my credit rating on Experian. I have just received an email from them saying they can't verify me at my current address, which i have owned for 4 years. They want countless forms of ID put in the post to them. Has anyone else had this experience with Experian on their free trial?
I'm hoping that loads of people have had this, and i'm just worrying over nothing!
thanks for your help

Hi Lemon Tree
I had the same problem which was due to me living in countless different addresses. over the last 8 years! I kept trying by retyping different previous addresses, going back a good few years, and eventually their system recognised me and I didn't have to send in any further ID.
Try typing in where you were living before the place you are in now. Are you registered to vote in the address you are in now? If not, that is likely to be the reason why they don't recognise you.
Hope this helps!Debt at highest (Jan 2006) £11,823.28

i did give my previous address, which i had been at for 4 1/2 years. i will give it a try. I am registered to vote at my current address so i'm really confused.
Thanks for your help
