I've used it for my DS sensitive skin when he was a baby. It works ok. I prefer DoubleBase though.

i use aqueous cream on my baby as a soap. she has eczma and did have cradle cap (but that really cleared it all up).
  • I sometimes use it as soap to wash my hands if the skins feeling dry. It's alright as a moisturiser but i have enough nice smelly ones to use so i don't really use it for that.
I don't think its the same as E45, i seem to remember that being thicker but im not sure really.

I think the smell's quite nostalgic... smells of the poster paints that you mix powder with water to make at school!

I'm sure I've read somewhere that's it's not really a moisturiser, but should be used more as a soap. I did try it as a moisturiser once - it dried my skin out, so have not used it since, although it's worked ok for my mum and aunt.

I used to use it for washing, and moisturising my children, but E45 cream or doublebase is better. I didn't find it moisturising enough.

My podiatrist told me to use it on my feet every day to avoid dry skin and callouses, I am diabetic and these can be a problem.
