I take it you meant anti snoring device?

    Go to this site:

    http://www.britishsnoring.co.uk/

and try and work out what is the cause of your (or your partner's) snoring. Once you've done that then you'll have an idea of what product you need.

The website sells lots of aids but some look expensive You can always copy and paste the name into Google Shopping or similar.

Don't pay any of the ridiculous prices for any of the contraptions for sale on websites.

If you MUST try them out, eBay sellers have the same products for MUCH MUCH LESS.

I found out when I cut dairy from my diet (was advised to by a medic) that my sleeping became less laboured when I tried to sleep- I could actually breathe! -quite often before then I'd wake up in the night unable to breathe, my throat would 'close in'. It is hard to do though, dairy is in so many products, even some meat products like ham and quorn. I miss it alot! (However I dislike waking up unable to breathe more).
