Citicard charges - refused

Didn't take them long to repond to my letter - basically acknowledge the changes in the OFT ruling blah blah - wont do anything in retrospect blah blah - complain to FSA leafket enclosed. blah blah bloody blah

  • feel really deflated now - absolute bar stewards - is it legal to do that??? shall i just keep on - was sooo excited about doing it and getting some of the money back - its one that went to a CCJ and i paid the lot thanks to my mum - be nice to give it back to her in part

    Yes its legal - for them!

    They WANT to put you off as they DO NOT want to pay any money to you. Its just a tactic from them.

    Some on this board have had to go as far as issuing court proceedings but have had their monies back and cancelled the court date. Its delaying tactics.
  • I've got four claims all at court at the moment - one of them is citicards. They don't give it back without a fight!

    Of course they won't. They're quick enough to take it off you but try getting it back!
