As the title says, this is a Tommee Tippee Sangenic Nappy Wrapper Starter Pack. It includes the nappy bin and 6 cartridges.
Normally the nappy bin and one cartridge is £19.99 (Tesco, Asda, Mothercare, etc). This starter pack at Smyth's toy shop is £16.25!

Also, you can check the stock in your local store online. If it says it's in stock and you get there and it is not, you get a £7 voucher as per their guarantee (click here).
p.s., you can also buy it online if you don't have a Smyths near you. Delivery is £4.25 but still makes it a bargain.

delivery is £4.25 so bear that in mind when comparing pricesWins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0

are these the ones you get in bounty packs?0

save your money and just buy the nappy bags from the pound shop

or buy nappy bags from Tesco/Sainsbury. They were selling packs of 100 for 9 pence recently.0

Agreed these things are not worth the money, they only hold about 5 nappies and are fiddly to change. A small kitchen bin and nappy sacks work just as well. Thanks for posting though, I am sure some people will be interested!0
