Hi all,
Had a letter from these people with regards to a flat I shared back in 2006. They are claiming £2193.06 but the client name is Terrace Hill which is not the rental company I used to deal with. They have failed to address the letter correctly 'Miss S Sarah' as opposed to 'S Hazeldine' and I have never once been contacted in regard to this debt before. I will enter into an agreement to pay if necessary but get the feeling they probably can't back it up - they are threatening agent visits if I don't contact - and I don't want to pay them a penny I don't have to. All suggestions/ help gratefully received!

They may have tracked the wrong person.

Do not pay anything unless they can prove you owe the money. Come here for more advice if needed.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
