Quick Slimming World Group Password Help/Info

You know how it is, Sunday evening and you're sitting there with a big bag of crisps and a huge bag of sweets, hands dipping into them without a care in the world, when ding dong .... front door.
It's a darned visitor (hope they don't want my crisps/sweets).... well.... this visitor has just joined Slimming World and they don't have the Internet, but they've just joined/been to the meeting and said to me "The group password is ....." and now I have to log on for them to see what's in there.
Now, I don't know where to go. I did find one place that asks for an individual's email/password AND the group password, but they've got no internet and all they have is the group password.
Is a group password alone useful? Or useless?

you have to register on the site,setting up a personal password.Then you log in using personal password and group password in the boxes provided.Hope that helps:D
