Debenhams blue cross sale is on now, some fantastic bargains.
The site is terrible though, 2 hours to add 6 items, trying to check out for 40 mins, enough to drive you to drink :mad:

EDIT I have given up, 3 times the page has disapeared when trying to check out, good luck to those who live near a store.

Totally agree, never had so many problems with delivery's etc - bad web site and stock control - such a shame as otherwise might use it more! Sometimes there are some good deals on branded clothes etc..

I ordered 3 items from their site.

One, a bra, was out of stock and my order was cancelled although the email wasn't obvious that that's what it meant. The matching knickers were charged for, and were meant to be in the parcel but just weren't.

I phoned up about it, and they wanted my order reference, which was a number only in my email and not on the invoice. I had my invoice in front of me, but not my email.

When we eventually got that sorted, the woman tried to tell me anything but the truth. She couldn't seem to distinguish between a bra and the matching knickers.

I've given up on their website, a total waste of time.

I've never had any major problems with their site. I just ordered two items on Friday, plus used the free delivery code and my package arrived the next day!
