what is the sticking tape strips called?!

i'm wanting to start making my invites and i've seen things like the dots but in strips but i have tried googling everything can anyone help me find them i'm totally stuck! thanks x

or do you mean glue dots - these are sticky globs on a strip of paper.

they aren't the first one because they are raised while these are just glue strips and the dots are too small as they are to hold pocket folds

kinda like double sided sticky tape but its in strips instead of on a roll x
