Learning to cook Chinese food in Central Scotland

Hi,

I am interested in learning more about cooking authentic Chinese food and as such would like to either go to cookery classes or have someone come to my house and show me how to cook some dishes.

I know that there are a couple of websites on this but wanted to know if anyone had any recommendations (or volunteer for a suiteable fee!)
