How do i go about changing my debt managment plan from churchwood to someone who doesnt charge every month to use them?
Would churchwood charge me for switching?

Does being in a debt management plan effect my chances of getting a morgage?

Which is the best place to switch my debts to?

Please help me

You should contact ccs or payplan and request they take over, then give notice to churchwood that you want to finish

Churchwood shouldn't charge you for changing. As above, contact CCCS, Payplan, CAB who don't charge for dmp's.

It may affect a mortgage application since your credit rating will be trashed for the duration of the dmp and for 6 years after the last payment, so you could be looking at a sub-prime mortgage market. However, people have been successful in getting reasonable mortgages whilst in a dmp - it's worth shopping around.

too add to Deep in Debt - You will likely still need a deposit to secure a mortgage, so unless someone puts that up for you it will be difficult to get together while on a DMP
