oh im ashamed to post this cause you lot are so clever, but it may help someone! you can actually cook spinch by pouring a kettle full of boiling water over the leaves if you put them in the sink in a colander. Ill crawl back now with my tail between my legs... but i thought it was clever so i wanted to share!!!:o
