Ipod repairer in south lanarkshire area please

Hi does anyone know of anyone that repairs ipods in south lanarkshire near East Kilbride if possible. Thanks in advance

    Hi there, its an ipod classic and as soon as you attach it to I-tunes it freezes and isnt recognised as being attached to the computer.

    have you tried giving it a format?
    does windows(mac?) see it?

    Hi, windows it is seen but you arent allowed to format it.

    try putting it into disc mode
    then docking it

    There is a place outside Edinburgh (think it was Newtongrange) where John Lewis sent my son's original ipod to be repaired. I'll ask my husband tonight if he can remember or you could ask in John Lewis.

    If you have plenty of money you can try the Apple store.

    Bits n PCs on Stonelaw Rd in Rutherglen do repairs on Ipods. They will charge £5 to check it out if they can't find an issue.
