Garnier Bodytonic is pretty good, I've been using it on and off for years and it really does help my skin and helps keep it supple and firm. It does take about a week to have an effect, but it sinks in nicelt and a big bottle lasts ages - and it can be found on offer in Boots a lot!

if you're looking for overall firming, maybe consider taking MSM as a supplement - for some people this results in firmer skin and loss of fat too, and its supposed to be good for skin and hair. I think Im gonna start taking this and see how it goes!

Thanks this is interesting, what is MSM? I'll google it as well later:) anyone else tried this?

Dove strips my tan so cant go there, I do like Palmers but it leaves me feeling sticky and again ruins my tan, I like Garnier products for the body and hair so will check that out, the hazelnut oil is interesting, I have ground nut oil at home is this the same thing?(sorry if thats a stupid question:o)

Thanks everyone for the suggestions and replies:D

MSM is a sulphur compound, you take it as a supplement, in tablet or powder form. People who have taken in report all sorts of lovely effects like thicker, stronger hair, softer, firmer skin etc

    Its discussed here:

Its also available in a lotion form - not sure how effective that is:
