  • Thanks DC, I dont know what happened with the post I made last night lol, these tablets are awful once I have taken them. But it was about the confusion over who I owe what.

The letters are bound to start coming now I have cancelled the standing order so I will sit tight until they do.

On my credit file, its doesnt show every creditor in default, does this matter?
  • I have found a CCA from the biggest creditor I have put it on Photobucket, I have taken out the personal info. It all looks ok to me, do you agree? Thanks for any help.

Looks enforceable to me, however they mention insurance, is this PPI? Did you want/need this? if it is PPI could it be reclaimed?
Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies
  • I had the loan only one month when I cancelled and they refunded me the money I had paid to it.

They stand to get 23000 out of a 15000 loan, nice work if you can get it lol.

Thanks again DC, do I need to be in default with all my creditors befroe they will do a f+f?

You should only need to be in default with the creditor you are making the offer to.

Was this a copy of your original or is this a copy that they sent you?
Did it have your signature on it?

  • Hiya, this was my copy of the original. I also have a photocopy of the original that they sent me but it didnt scan too well so used mine. It was signed and dated.

Looking through what I have got from them I see a default notice issued in May 07 but it was Intelligent Finance, not Blair Oliver Scott who have had it for ages.

I have also just realised the letters now say Bank of Scotland as the client, Its gone from Intel Finance, to Halifax to Bank Of Scotland. No wonder i get confused.
