How many phone calls a day ?

Since getting into a DMP with Payplan last month, my phone has been RED hot with calls. On advice elsewhere, I identified the numbers and auto diverted them to voicemail. The odd one gets through, if they withhold the number, but most just go to voicemail, which they never leave.
I have been keeping a log, and they start at 8 in the morning, and ficinsh by 9 at night, with on average 20 calls a day going to voicemail. Is this a normal number ? Is there such a thing as a normal number ?

Dont know that theres such a thing as a normal number.
They should tail off though as time goes on.
There is a letter you can send asking them to only deal in writing.
