Tesco Clubcard Plus

Just used my Tesco Clubcard Plus for the first time and spent £78, but only got 78 points. I thought it was supposed to be double. Main reason I got it! Should I ring and complain or will the right points be on my statement?

Yes you get double points when they come through. My tesco's have just put on the bottom bonus TPF points at total them up for you.

As ukbill69 said - the points are accredited separately. In a few days time your next receipt will have a new updated points total and a line saying 'includes TPF bonus 78 points'. Hope that helps.

Sorry but what is Tesco Clubcard Plus?

I've tried to look on their website several times today, but each time I go to the Clubcard section it slows down until it freezes. So I thought it would just be easier to ask here, hope this is ok?
