Claiming Back PPI

Hi everyone!

In 2003 I took out a unsecured loan which included £800 pounds of PPI. I have suddenly realised that I wasn't eligible for cover as I was in temporary employment (have checked the T&C's).

Does anyone know if I can complain and get some of my money back (even though I signed to accept the loan). I believe it was mis-sold as this wasn't explained to me at the time.

Thanks for your help.

Oliver

  • I wouls say so if you were not eligible in the first place.

I also think though that maybe they should not have given you a loan on temporary employment
