tracking down an artwork

Hi, a bit of a longshot this, but thought asking here couldn't hurt.

I'm trying to track down a bit of wall art - it is displayed on page 15 of the current dulux colour guide ( the page with yellows)

http://www.dulux.co.uk/colours/samples/guide.jsp this thing (grr should be able to download a pdf of this dulux) - it's a black lattice of lines, I think in metal.

I've asked dulux themselves but they don't know.

Any help gratefully recieved, but i realise it's a long shot.

I think this is called KROSS and comes from Habitat.
