problems with Next

Hi everyone I owe next £1100 due to reduction of hours at work am no longer able to pay the minimum payment they have been sending letters for a while now threatening DCA so sent e-mail offering £35 a month as this is all I can afford only work part-time but they are rejecting this offer where can i go from here

    or to increase payments when they are unable to do so

    2.7 Dealings with debtors are not to be deceitful and/or unfair.

    g. failing to refer on to the creditor reasonable offers to pay by instalments

    If that is all you can afford i would keep on making the offer, if they have given you a means to start paying begin making the £35 a month payments.
