OK I thought I'd start a thread for anyone looking for a quick reply (hopefully) to Syn queries in relation to the Slimming World diet.
I've check the 'Syns Online' and for love nor money I can't find a syn value.
I have bought some Bart Spices Jerk Seasoning from Waitrose.
It's not a paste, it's powder.
Does the powder have a syn value or not?
