How long should I wait to hear from them?!

This Vanquis business is driving me crazy!

Ive made a few threads this week regarding it. Last Friday i wrote to them asking them to accept token payments.

Theyre still calling me, Im not gonna answer it but in the space of 15 minutes this afternoon I had a email, phone call & text from them and its just getting too much!

They passed me onto their collections department, Impact, and I have also written to them to tell them that I have previously written to Vanquis regarding the matter etc.

Does anyone know how long it normally takes them to reply to these letters? Im tired of having my phone on silent all the time, getting texts from them etc.

have you written to them to ask them to put all communication in writing and to stop calling you?

If not I would do that. If you need a template for it I'll post one.

With regards to the token payments, if they respond to your letter at all it could be a few weeks (sorry).

Does that mean they may not even reply to me? Should I just make my token payments anyway? I have offered them £5 p/month (not working at the moment)

I would appreciate it if you could post a template if that would be OK, thank you

Definite make the payments anyway, some creditors never respond, others do (not sure about vanquis).
