I ordered on their free shipping but at the checkout it charged me £7.75 for 3 day delivery. The three day delivery is only £5.99!!
The link to the free shipping terms and conditions only says

    5 Day Free Shipping Offer
    * Free 5 Day Delivery is available on all orders.
    * To obtain Free Delivery, Select delivery option Within 5 Working Days at checkout.
    * Only applies to orders under 25kg.
    * The offer only applies to Mainland UK orders.
    * Free Delivery is a strictly Limited Time Only offer, and may be stopped at any time without prior notice by Ebuyer.
    * The offer is subject to the following conditions:
o All items on the order are in stock.
o All items on the order are available for delivery.
My order meets all these requirements, but what they don't tell you is they will only deliver to certain post codes. They forgot to put that bit on their web site. Anyway emailed them and they are saying if you don't like it don't buy from us.... They still haven't told me why they are now charging £7.75 for three day delivery when the web site says £5.99...

I know this is an old thread but i think that ebuyers shipping issues need to be made aware to people. First off they try to force you to use there over priced next day delivery by holding onto your items for days. They litterally just hold onto them and then ship them next day anyway just 4 days later.

They also dont make it clear on there site at all and at no point direct you to terms and conditions that hide it away in an obscure side point that they willl only ship to the confirmed address if paid via paypal. This is quite common as paypal only covers them if shipped to this address. However what is not common is to not tell you till you placed the order then just cancel it without warning leaving the payment earmarked on your credit card for 5 days. so say you ordered a £700 pc you will not be able to use that £700 till the 5 days are up.

If you decide to talk to them they are rude and offensive and refuse not only to help but to even accept it could of been more clear. They actually go as far as to say "how could it be more clear this is clearly your fault and you get what you deserve if you dont seek out the terms" that is an actual quote, and though probably true about seeking the tems and conditions, it could be made clearer ie actually written on the site for one and second you dont expect customer services let alone the superviser to talk to you this way.

Yeas they are cheap and they are legit but what you save in money you get back in arrogance and rudeness.
