Writ of Fi Fa Discharged but creditor still charging costs!!!

Hi People
I wonder if anyone can help me.
Basically I had a debt of about £2000 and a ccj issued against me. The creditor then had a Writ of Fi Fa issued against me and HCEOs got involved.
I was paying the HCEO regular monthly payments. After about 2 years of making these payment and without warning I got another hand delivered letter through my door from a different HCEO but for the same debt. Another Writ of Fi Fa had been issued against me because the first one had expired.
To cut a long story short I challenged the 2nd writ because I had maintained regular payments. The judge ruled in my favour and discharged the new writ. He also ordered the creditor to pay me costs (he also suggested I get advice regarding the HCEO costs, I think I can challenge them).
The creditor, however, is still trying to add the costs that were generated when they applied for the writ. So even though the writ was discharged, they still expect me to pay for the costs they incurred on having the writ issued!!!!
I dont think I should be liable for these costs. Can someone please advise me?
Also, if someone could point me in the right direction of a debt solicitor in yorkshire who works on a no win no fee basis, this would be most useful.

Hi
Not sure how to advise with this - have you tried speaking to national debtline at all? they might be worth a try as its obviously got fairly complicated legally.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
