eskimo loans advice please

Been looking for a loan to consolidate our debts which are just under 13000. This is mainly on 3 credit cards, 2 of which are 0% but not long left. I know it seems silly to get a loan for this but i would rather just have 1 payment rather than juggling finances. I would like to get it over 5 years so payments are fairly low but with the ability to overpay on a very regular basis. DH has just had a promotion so his yearly salary will be in excess of £30k. Ideally i would like to clear the loan in less than 3 years. Eskimo loans seems to fit the bill at 6.3% with no penalties for overpayments. They seem to be mentioned on a lot of the money sites but i've never heard of them. Has anyone had any dealings with them? Advice really appreciated.

Thanks in advance
