Normally I would expect 15 replies, many of which are replies to his own posts, a lot of bold, a glut of smileys. Whats going on.
Surely he doesnt just sing when hes winning.
House price falls, making accommodation more accessible and expelling Mctavish from the internet. Double win.
This.
There is also a significant absence of  and "bears missed the boat & can't come up with a significant consistent arguement lol:D:D:D" type posts...It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0 -
4th fall in the row

WOW!
Prices fell for 4 months in a row, and they're STILL only 5.9% below peak......
After 3 years of economic carnage and recession.....
Yep.... I can see why all the bears are thwapping themselves into a frenzy now.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

To be fair they haven't really had much to shout about for the last 18 months. It's normal for the cheerleaders to stand up and shout no matter how insignificant the news.
It does save me having to read the usual crap they invent when they have nothing else to say. 'Former Nazi Bank To Rule The Global Economy' 'EU Is Collapsing Like Tower Of Babel' '*British Army To Patrol Streets* Economy Collapse Martial Law?' etc...0 -

Very true.
And being a true humanitarian, I don't mind throwing them a few scraps, the poor things have been starved for over a year.

Oh come on, those threads are comedy gold..... And much more entertaining than the gold ramping threads.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
