Subscription problem

I would be very grateful if someone could give me some advice on where I stand in the following situation. I buy my brother a 6 month audio CD subscription for his Birthday and Christmas, included in the 6 month subscription is a subscriber bonus (usually a free CD or some other limited edition item), I have been doing this for the past two years always a 6 month subscription and always receiving the bonus. Last month I placed another 6 month subscription order, the order list included a bonus CD however when the first instalment arrived there was no bonus CD, I queried this via email and I was told that the subscriber bonus was only available to those who placed a 12 month order? This was not stated when I placed my order and I feel that they have mislead me by listing the bonus as part of my order. I have revisited the website and I cannot see anywhere that states that only 12 month orders receive the subsciber bonus. Can anyone help me out with this, when I complain I want to be as informed as I can. If anyone has any advice or links to consumer rights pages would be very much appreciated!

Do you have the magazine in question that states that you will have the bonus cd if you subscribed to the magazine for 6 months?

Hi there, this was ordered online and I do have a copy of my order list as I have an account with them, this does list the bonus as part of my order the only notation with this is "subscriber bonus" it does not specify the term
