You need to call a debt charity such as Pay plan, you clearly are in a negative figure each month, you could be better of on a DMP or some other debt remedy.

I would suggest you contact CCCS, there are likely to be some costs that are disallowed from your SoA (such as some of the aupairs costs) and some figures are still high (such as food and car insurance) but even so I would imagine you will show a shortfall. Just because you didn't with national debtline does not mean CCCS cannot help you.

I think you need to talk it through in detail and if they come up with a different figure at the bottom find out what they have and haven't allowed.

As for food you really do need to be rethinking what you are spending and what type of foods you are buying. £400 ought to be more than enough, there are people on here who feed families of 5 on £200. Of course this is academic for this month as for this month you need to be looking at really cheap ways to feed your family hence the link I put on the last page on how to feed a family of 4 for £40.

Have all your DDs gone out this month? if not cancel them and send a token payment only (say you are seeking advice on your debts).

Not much to add but as has been said car insurance & mobiles are high.
If you have an au pair why do you still spend so much on childcare?
