    Hi roddie.

How long ago did you send your token payment?
Is this your loan your only debt? If not are all your debts under £15k in total?
How far are you into looking into a DRO? if they are still adding interest & charges then this debt will be increasing and getting nearer to the £15k limit.

Sounds like a nice simple DRO, then.

Either that or 14,240 payments of £1 over 1186 years (and 8 months).
  • what happen's if i get a job while the DRO is going through,

If your situation changes during the 12-month morotorium period, so that your surplus income becomes greater than £50 per month, you should tell the DRO unit.

Unless you definitely know that you are about to start a high-paying job, I wouldn't let it stop you from going for the DRO.

I agree, DRO sounds like the way to go. Under £15k debts and less than £50 surplus with no assets.

There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies
