I am currently pregnant with my first baby (sooo excited) and im looking into ways that I can make money after mat.leave, so that I can go back on minimum hours (eventually be at home most of the time)
Im looking into the realms of selling things, online (via website, ebay etc) car boot/market stalls.
Does anyone here do this and find they are able to make any money out of it?

It's true selling can be an art, but when you're selling through Ebay most of that is taken away from you.
I think the question comes to what you want to be selling. It can work though, there's a whole industry based on it - it's called retail!0 -
It is very possible to run a successful ebay business the trick is of course getting reliable stock at a cheap enough price.
If you are lucky enough to find reliable stock always work out your bottom line before you commit any money to it. You must allow for all ebay charges fo rlisting and FVFs, paypal charges, plus of course tax and NI. You also ened to declare it to HMRC. Also remember to factor in customer returns and unsold items.
For specific ebay advice (although no one will tell you who their suppliers are) go to the ebay board (see my sig) alternatively there are many 'ebay' type challenges on other boards where people discuss strategies and compare profits and generally encourage each other.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
