first bike for a 3 year old

Anyone know where I can get a bike for my 3 year old daughter for under £40. I can't justify paying 60-70 pound for a first bike!

We got our 3 year old this bike from toysrus.

We added some accessories from Halfords on 3 for 2 to personalise it so it now has a hooter, bell and basket (it cannot take a dolls seat on the back due to its design). You can get a helmet and pads set in Argos for £10approx as well.

Our daughter loves it and has learnt to cycle by using this bike and we've only had it a couple of months. I'm very pleased, would not have paid £80 for it but I do know others who have spent that much on bikes for kids that age but I don't think they are any better or nicer than this one!

Argos have a Peppa Pig bike (shows with stabilisers in the picture) on sale for £35 at the moment (in the Argos outdoor living booklet).
If all else fails post on freecycle!!!.
