DMP and Interest

Hi
I was wondering if someone can give me some advice. My dad has a DMP. His debts are slowly going down apart from a debt that he has with Natwest Bank as they are adding interest on his account all the time.
He has been advised by the people that he has set up his debt management plan with to contact the bank and request that they stop the interest charges.
Can anyone advise as to whether there is a template letter that I may use to do this on my dad's behalf?
With many thanks in advance for your help

Hi
You'll find one on national debtline that basically ask them to reconsider freezing interest.
By the way - who is his DMP with? is it with a charity or payplan, or is it with someone charging him a monthly fee?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

He is with CCS, sorry I am not sure if they are a charity. He is happy with them, but they said that they would not write on his behalf to help him sort it all out
I will have a look on Debtline, thank you very much for your help0 -
Thanks Numpty Monkey, will have a look at those links0

http://www.nationaldebtline.co.uk/england_wales/debt_advice.php#6 4th letter down on the list on this link.
Just to check CCCS? consumer credit counselling service? just that usually they would write on his behalf I think. If it is them, they are a charity and are not charging him fees, if its not then he could be wasting a lot of money in fees that could be going towards his debts getting them repaid sooner.
Edit - sorry numpty missed your post.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
